Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Icophony. By downloading or using Icophony, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License#

This software is licensed under the terms of the standard LICENSED APPLICATION END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT, which can be found at http://www.apple.com/legal/itunes/appstore/dev/stdeula/.

ALL ABOUT JAKE, LLC MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

All About Jake, LLC makes no warranty that the Software Product will meet your requirements or operate under your specific conditions of use. All About Jake, LLC makes no warranty that the operation of the Software Product will be secure, error-free, or free from interruption. YOU MUST DETERMINE WHETHER THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT SUFFICIENTLY MEETS YOUR REQUIREMENTS FOR SAFETY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTIBILITY. YOU BEAR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY INCURRED DUE TO THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT TO MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. ALL ABOUT JAKE, LLC WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF DATA ON ANY COMPUTER, MOBILE DEVICE, OR INFORMATION STORAGE DEVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ALL ABOUT JAKE, LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST REVENUES OR PROFITS OR LOSS OF BUSINESS) RESULTING FROM THE FURNISHING, PERFORMANCE, INSTALLATION, OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT, WHETHER DUE TO A BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF ALL ABOUT JAKE, LLC OR ANY OTHER PARTY, EVEN IF ALL ABOUT JAKE, LLC IS ADVISED BEFOREHAND OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT THAT THE APPLICABLE JURISDICTION LIMITS ALL ABOUT JAKE, LLC’S ABILITY TO DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THIS DISCLAIMER SHALL BE EFFECTIVE TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

User Content#

Icophony and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by All About Jake, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your icon library content (the icon files, collections, and metadata you create) remains your property. Icophony does not claim any rights over content you store in the app.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any icon files you import into Icophony. Icophony provides tools to track license information, but does not verify or enforce third-party licenses. Do not import content you do not have permission to use.

Before Purchasing#

Please make full use of the free functionality to ensure the application meets your needs before making an in-app purchase. All About Jake, LLC cannot issue refunds directly. Furthermore, the developer makes no commitment regarding future app updates or features. There is no warranty that the current or future feature set of this application will meet your specific requirements or operate under your specific conditions.

Free Trial#

Icophony offers a 15-day free trial period starting from the date of initial download. The app will continue to function fully; however, exported icons will include a watermark until a purchase is made.

One-Time Purchases#

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that grants you perpetual access to the current feature set of Icophony. In the future, upgrades to the application may introduce new sets of features that are not part of the current offering and may require additional in-app purchases. Alternatively, customers may wish to purchase a subscription, which will always provide the full set of features to active subscribers.

About Subscriptions#

The Icophony subscription provides users with the full set of features in the application for the duration of the subscription term. The purchase price and length of the subscription are provided on the purchase screen at the time of purchase. The subscription will auto-renew automatically unless the user unsubscribes at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription term.

How to Unsubscribe#

Unsubscribing will prevent auto-renewal at the end of the current subscription term. The remaining portion of the subscription will not be refunded.

To unsubscribe on an iOS/iPadOS device:

Open the Settings app.
Tap your name at the top of the screen.
Tap “Subscriptions”.
Tap the subscription you wish to cancel.
Tap “Cancel Subscription”.

Refunds#

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted using the in-app interface or through Apple’s Report a Problem page. All About Jake, LLC has no ability to issue refunds directly.

Changes To The App#

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Icophony (or any part of it) at any time.

Changes To These Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of Icophony after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
